You have 14 days, starting on the date of delivery, for a refund on unworn, intact, merchandise in the original packaging. This policy does not apply to any product which has been tailor-made, personalised or belong to a limited number of categories (e.g. underwear).
Refunds will be issued to the card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten working days for your return to be processed. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 30 days to complete a refund - this period is dependant on your bank or card issuer and is unfortunately out of our control. Once your return has been completed, you will be notified via email. Return shipping fees are not refunded and are the expense of the customer.
All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging they were sent with the tags attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
To start the return process, request a Return Authorisation by email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and an explanation for the return. Once your email has been reviewed, instructions on where to return the item will be emailed to you. Please include the Return Authorisation ID on the outside of the package being returned to speed up the process.
You can also arrange the return shipment yourself through any postal service within 14 days. However, in this case you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel, and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend obtaining a receipt from the postal service as proof of postage.
Please make sure you fill out the return form at the bottom of the delivery note and enclose it in your parcel so we can process your refund correctly.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.
If you want to cancel your order please notify us asap. If cancelled before your order ships we will issue a full refund upon your instruction. Cut off time for standard shipping is usually 1PM - we don't ship or deliver at the weekend or on bank holidays.
If you notify us that you wish to cancel your order after it has shipped out we will not refund the original shipping cost on your order and you may also incur the aforementioned return costs.
Please be aware that due to some courier's operations and the quick turnaround on next working day deliveries it may not be possible to cancel your order once dispatched. If this is the case you can return your order using the returns information above.
