You have 14 days, starting on the date of delivery, for a refund on unworn, intact, merchandise in the original packaging. This policy does not apply to any product which has been tailor-made, personalised or belong to a limited number of categories (e.g. underwear).
Refunds will be issued to the card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 30 days to complete a refund - this period is dependant on your bank or card issuer and is unfortunately out of our control. Once your return has been completed, you will be notified via email. Return shipping fees are not refunded and are the expense of the customer.
All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging they were sent with the tags attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
To start the return process, please let us know by emailing email@example.com with include your order number. Once your email has been reviewed, instructions on where to return the item will be emailed to you. Please include the Return Authorisation ID on the outside of the package being returned to speed up the process.
You can also arrange the return shipment yourself through any postal service within to arrive with us within the 14 days return period. You are responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel, and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend obtaining a receipt from the postal service as proof of postage.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.
You can also request an exchange via email. We will need to wait to get your order back before shipping the replacement - This can take up to 14 days.
If you want to cancel your order please notify us asap. If cancelled before your order ships we will issue a full refund upon your instruction. Cut off time for standard shipping is usually 1PM - we don't ship or deliver at the weekend or on bank holidays.
Please be aware that due to some courier's operations and the quick turnaround on next working day deliveries it may not be possible to cancel your order once dispatched. If the order has been processed, it may also be too late for you or our support team to cancel your order.
